nba 07-08 predictions

I will begin this entry by stipulating that it is the kind of thing that is more fun to write than it is to read (especially for people who don't care about sports). However, a) I don't have the energy to figure out something creative today, and b) I want to get this stuff on the record before the NBA season really gets going.
